MEP spoke about the prospects for dialog between Brussels and Moscow

The European Commission should establish a dialog with Russia, and many in the European Parliament believe the same, Luxembourg EP member Fernand Kartheiser said in an interview with Izvestia.

"I think the European Commission realizes that to some extent they have to make efforts to have at least some contacts with Russia. And I think events will unfold based on that. But when it will happen, in what form, what can happen, I can't tell you now," the MEP said in an interview with Izvestia.

Earlier, Slovenian President Natasa Pirtz-Musar said about signals from the EU about the beginning of the association's work on the resumption of dialog with Russia.
