Three fishermen went missing in bad weather in the Nukutsky district of the Angara region in the Irkutsk region. This was announced on May 27 by the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"A group of men went fishing near Russian Melkhitui village, but in the morning the wind picked up and they began to be carried away from the shore," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the police department received a message from one of the relatives of the missing. According to the applicant, his "35-year-old brother went fishing with his 36 and 55-year-old friends."

According to police, in the morning one of the men discovered the disappearance of his rubber motorboat. After driving the UAZ car for about a kilometer along the coast, the fishermen noticed the missing vessel. One of them tried to swim to him, after which his friends lost sight of him. Later, they found an abandoned iron boat and went to help, but the increased wind began to carry them away from the shore.

According to the press service, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the central search team of Sayansk are involved in the search activities. They have already managed to find the fishermen's car left on the shore. The search continues.

On May 19, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Primorsky Krai announced the start of a search operation for missing boarders. It is specified that on May 18, in the afternoon, a man and a woman rode on the same board in the Amur Bay, after which communication with them was interrupted.
