A third of all jobs in Moscow and more than 27% of budget revenues are provided by SMEs, said the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin. He met with the participants of the "Made in Moscow" project and congratulated them on the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship.

The Made in Moscow brand promotion program has covered more than 7,000 companies, the mayor noted.

"Despite all the difficulties, Moscow continues to develop and show high results," Sobyanin stressed in his Telegram channel.

According to him, in 2024, 11 thousand companies moved from microbusiness to small, from small to medium and large. This is 40% more than a year earlier.

The "Made in Moscow" program, launched in 2022, unites companies that produce products in more than 35 categories. It "has already become the flagship in the field of support for the capital's manufacturers," Sobyanin noted.

The mayor of the capital also spoke about the opening of the "Green Market" program within the framework of the "Summer in Moscow" project. 12 art pavilions with local brand goods will be installed in tourist locations. The points will be open until September 7. Part of the proceeds from the sale of goods will be sent to the People's Front Charitable Foundation. Everything for victory!" to support the participants of the SVO and residents of new regions.
