Putin said that he does not consider himself a cyborg.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said he does not consider himself a "cyborg." He told about it on May 27 at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of ANO "Russia — the land of opportunities".
"Someone close enough to me once said, 'Well, you're a cyborg.' It didn't sound like anything good. It's not very pleasant to feel like a cyborg. I don't think so," he said, assessing the opportunity to propose marriage through the Gosuslugi portal.
Putin also said that "Public Services" should create conditions for normal, natural communication between people, rather than formalize it digitally.
"Some things should not turn us into cyborgs," the president stressed.
Also at the meeting, Putin expressed his skepticism about the possibility of making a marriage proposal through "State Services." The President said that such things should be done personally, looking into each other's eyes.
