Russia informs Turkey about attacks on the infrastructure of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline from Ukraine. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this at a press conference in Moscow on May 27, answering a question from Izvestia.

"We remain in contact with both our Russian and Ukrainian colleagues. In case of such an attack, our Russian colleagues inform us. We are coordinating our actions with our Ukrainian colleagues," he said.

According to Fidan, to date, no damage has been caused to the Turkish Stream.

Earlier, on April 9, militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the Korenovskaya compressor station in the Krasnodar Territory, which provides gas supply to the Turkish Stream. The Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian military shot down the Ukrainian drones and prevented damage to the station.
