At a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed Russia's determination to promote joint projects despite attempts to hinder cooperation. This was announced on May 27 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
