Experts spoke about the growth of vacancies with compensation for sports expenses
Russian companies are increasingly including compensation for sports expenses in the social package for employees. This is stated in a study by analysts of the construction and investment corporation Development-South, which was reviewed by Izvestia on May 28.
According to a study by analysts, one in four employees aged 25-44 considers sports to be the main way to deal with stress and professional burnout.
According to the data hh.ru Since the beginning of 2025, such conditions have already been indicated in 100,000 vacancies — almost twice as many as a year ago. On average, employers are willing to reimburse employees up to 19 thousand rubles per year for fitness or other activities.
In addition, according to the statistics of the service hh.ru The Salary Data Bank, 29% of Russian employers currently offer compensation for sports expenses to their employees.
"Physical activity doesn't just reduce stress levels — it restores a sense of life in the body, which is critically important under constant stress," explains Olga Kravchuk, a strategic psychologist and business coach.
According to the Director of Research hh.ru Maria Ignatova, support for the emotional background of employees, including through sports, is one of the promising areas of team retention and development.
At the same time, companies are not limited to fitness subscriptions - many organize corporate sports events or provide employees with access to their own sports facilities. Experts predict that by the end of the year, the share of such vacancies will grow by another 15-20%.
Earlier, on February 20, lawyer Madina Tebueva, in an interview with Izvestia, said that a tax deduction can only be obtained for those services provided by organizations or individual entrepreneurs (IE) registered in the official register of operators of sports and recreation services. According to her, compensation is paid for certain categories of expenses, including sports and fitness expenses.
