Three adults and three children were injured in an accident in the Volgograd region.

An accident involving a Changan passenger car and a Peugeot truck occurred in the Dubovsky district of the Volgograd region, as a result of which six people, including three children, were injured. This was announced on May 27 by the Main directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

It is noted that the accident happened at about 6:00 a.m. on the 610th km of the Syzran—Saratov—Volgograd highway.

"As a result of the accident, the driver, a passenger, three children from the Changan car, as well as the driver of the Peugeot, were injured," the department's Telegram channel said.

The photo from the scene shows that the truck tipped over on its side and was lying on the roadway, and the car flew into a ditch. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.

The relationship with the victim was recognized as a mitigating circumstance.

Earlier, on May 25, two passenger cars collided in the Georgievsky district of Stavropol. The driver and passenger of one of them died on the spot, three people from the other car were hospitalized.
