Muscovites told about their preferences when choosing an apartment
Almost half of Muscovites believe that a family with one child needs a two-bedroom apartment with a combined kitchen-living room. The development company Tekta Group and the Yadekns Vzglyad platform informed the editorial board of Gazeta on May 26.Ru" about the research results.
One third of the respondents believe that a classic two-room apartment would be enough for a family of three. Only 5% of Muscovites are ready to move into a studio apartment with a child.
The area of the apartment, according to the majority of Muscovites surveyed, should be 80-100 sq. m. A quarter of respondents consider 56-70 sq. m. an acceptable area, almost the same number chose the optimal housing size of 71-85 sq. m.
Muscovites named a second bathroom, a balcony and a storage room as additional options in the family apartment. The respondents consider a playground, a wheelchair, storage rooms and game rooms to be important infrastructure facilities. The last thing residents of the capital need is a private kindergarten, which is desirable for 18% of respondents.
Earlier, on May 26, Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and Construction, announced that an office complex would be built in the north of Moscow. The construction will take place as part of a large-scale investment project.
