Restrictions on aircraft take-off and landing have been lifted at Zhukovsky and Kaluga airports. This was announced on May 26 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako in his Telegram channel.

"Restrictions on the admission and release of aircraft have been lifted at Zhukovsky and Kaluga (Grabtsevo) airports," he wrote.

Korenyako clarified that the restrictions were imposed to ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights.

The introduction of temporary restrictions on the operation of airports was reported earlier in the day. Prior to that, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency said that temporary restrictions had been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft from 12:08 Moscow time at Zhukovsky airport. They were later removed.
