The teacher listed the subjects allowed for the Unified State Exam

Passing the unified state exam requires not only knowledge, but also strict adherence to the rules. On May 26, Victoria Podsukhina, a teacher and head of regional teaching at the educational company MAXIMUM Education, told Izvestia about which subjects are allowed on the Unified State Exam and what is strictly prohibited.

It is necessary to take a passport and a black gel or capillary pen for the exam — without these items, the participant will not be allowed to take the exam. Special materials are provided for individual disciplines: for mathematics, it is allowed to bring a ruler without any markings, for physics and chemistry - a non—programmable calculator, and for geography — also a protractor. At the same time, the periodic table and other reference materials on chemistry will already be waiting for students in the classroom.

Special rules apply to food and medicines. Water can only be carried in a clear bottle without a label, and food can be left outside the examination room. Medications are allowed if there is a corresponding certificate from a doctor confirming the need to take them during the exam.

"If there are doubts about a particular subject, it is better to clarify this issue with the organizers in advance," Podsukhina advised.

It is strictly forbidden to carry any electronic devices: phones, smart watches, tablets, headphones. Programmable calculators, as well as proprietary reference materials and cheat sheets are not allowed.

"This means that you cannot bring your own tables, diagrams, formulas or any other materials that may contain hints. It is important to understand that violating these rules entails serious consequences," the teacher warned.

If a prohibited subject is discovered directly during the exam, the participant will be removed from the classroom without the right to retake this year. If the violation is revealed later, for example, when watching surveillance footage or during a job check, the exam results will be annulled.

Earlier, on May 18, Podsukhina told Izvestia if there was an opportunity to write off the Unified State Exam. She explained that the control and measuring materials (CMM) are printed immediately before the exam at the venues and are reliably protected from leaks. Those who believe the promises of scammers receive old demos that have nothing to do with real exam assignments.
