After the end of official deliveries of Mercedes-Benz cars to Russia, from March 2022 to April 2025, 19.2 thousand German-made passenger cars were imported into the country. Belarus is the largest supply channel, Sergey Tselikov, director of the Autostat analytical agency, said in his Telegram channel. According to him, more than 500 new cars arrive in Russia every month.

Since the spring of 2022, more than a third (36.5%) of the total volume of imported Mercedes-Benz cars has been imported to Russia through Belarus, and in 2025 more than half (53%). Kyrgyzstan is in second place (16.8%), but now this channel is "drying up" (13% this year), the expert noted.

Directly from Germany to Russia was taken every ten cars Mercedes-Benz (10,6%). Next in the ranking are South Korea (6.7%), Estonia (6.5%), Kazakhstan (5.1%), Turkey (3.5%), Armenia (3.3%), as well as China (2.4%) and Georgia (2%). 77% of Mercedes-Benz cars imported into the Russian Federation were produced in Germany. Another 11.3% is in the United States, and cars assembled in China account for less than 3% of shipments. More than 80% of Mercedes-Benz was registered to an individual upon import.

The most popular Mercedes-Benz model in Russia is the G-class SUV (21%), followed by the GLE (17%) and GLS (16%) crossovers, followed by the S-class (13.5%). The weighted average price of a new Mercedes-Benz is now about 20 million rubles, the expert noted.

On May 23, it was reported that Mercedes-Benz cars purchased from official partners of MB Rus JSC began to be marked with special stickers in Russia. The presence of a sticker marking means that the car is subject to the official warranty obligations of MB Rus JSC for a period of two years or 100 thousand kilometers.
