Two sports complexes will be built in the south-east and east of Moscow. This was announced on Monday, May 26, by the head of the Moscow Department of Civil Engineering Alexei Alexandrov.
According to him, one sports complex will be built at the intersection of Privolnaya and Aviakonstruktora Mil streets. There will be swimming pools, a general physical training hall, an ice field, locker rooms, medical, technical and administrative facilities, the Moscow City News Agency reports. The capacity of the facility will be at least 204 people per shift.
The second sports complex will be built in the Vostochny district on 9 May Street (ownership 28), Moscow 24 clarifies. It will house a general physical training hall with an area of about 200 square meters, two swimming pools, changing rooms, a buffet, as well as technical, administrative and medical facilities. Its capacity will be 116 people per shift, writes RT.
Earlier in May, Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction, said that a multifunctional complex with a rugby arena would be built in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain. The city has allocated a plot of 4.34 hectares for construction, the website says. kp.ru .
