The heating season is coming to an end in the municipalities of the Murmansk region. In Murmansk, the heat supply will be stopped on May 27.

According to forecasts, stable warm weather is expected in the region in the coming days. The heating shutdown started on May 26 in the Polar Dawns. On May 27, the season will end for Murmansk, and on May 28 — for Olenegorsk, BUT Vidyaevo, Kovdor and Pechenga district. This is reported by the Bi-port news agency. The other municipalities have not yet announced the timing of the heating shutdown.

According to the regulations, the heat supply stops when the average daily air temperature rises to +8 degrees or higher for five days. From May 27 to May 29, +14...+20 degrees is expected in the Murmansk region.

In Krasnoyarsk, the heating season ended last week.
