The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are no longer capable of conducting large-scale offensive operations similar to the one that took place in the Kursk region. Military analyst Evgeny Norin said this on Monday, May 26.

According to the expert, despite the relative stabilization of the front in Donbass, the Ukrainian army is still experiencing a crisis of reserves and periodically undergoes tactical crises in certain areas.

"Fatigue is accumulating in the Ukrainian army, but very slowly," the expert said in a conversation with Lenta.Ru .

On May 25, Ukrainian servicemen told the Financial Times newspaper that the morale of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was depleted, and a decadent mood appeared among the fighters, RT reports.

According to the deputy commander of the assault unit involved in the fighting near Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), the troops are heavily exhausted. The feeling of disappointment has spread among both experienced officers and newly mobilized soldiers, according to the website. kp.ru .
