- Trump threatened to deprive Harvard of a $3 billion grant and transfer it to other universities.

On May 26, US President Donald Trump announced his intention to withdraw a $3 billion grant from Harvard University and transfer it to other educational institutions.
"I am thinking of taking away $3 billion in grants from the extremely anti—Semitic Harvard and transferring them to professional educational institutions across our country," the politician wrote on his page on the Truth Social network.
According to him, Harvard University has been providing documents on international students for a very long time and is more focused on finding a judge.
"But don't worry, the government will win in the end!" concluded Trump.
On May 22, the head of the US Department of Homeland Security, Kristy Noem, announced that Harvard University had lost its certification for admitting international students. She added that all international students who are currently studying at Harvard should transfer to other educational institutions.
After that, on May 23, it became known that Harvard University sued the Trump administration over its decision to ban the institution from accepting international students.
