- The expert named the most frequent violations of the rights of schoolchildren on the Unified State Exam

All stages of the Unified State Exam (USE) are strictly regulated, and deviations from the rules may be the reason for filing an appeal. Teacher, head of the regional department of the educational company MAXIMUM Education Victoria Podsukhina told on Monday, May 26, what violations of rights schoolchildren most often face and what actions a graduate should take to appeal.
According to the expert, some of the most common violations are missing pages in exam materials, faulty equipment, noise in the classroom, as well as heat caused by an inoperable air conditioner or closed windows.
"A student must file an appeal on the fact of a violation of the procedure immediately on the spot, without leaving the exam site. It is important that if a student has left the PPE, he will no longer be able to appeal for violation of the procedure," Podsukhina said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .
It is necessary to contact a member of the examination board immediately after the discovery of a violation. The application is made in two copies, one of them remains with the student, clarifies 360.ru .
In turn, Ekaterina Pozdnyakova, editor-in-chief of the Lan EdTech company, told in an interview with Life.Ru that in the course of preparing for the Unified State Exam, instead of grueling cramming, graduates should use more effective methods to memorize educational material.
According to the expert, it is not necessary to memorize the entire textbook — it is important to know the basic formulas, definitions and theses, since they give 80% of the result.
Earlier, on May 18, Podsukhina told Izvestia if there was an opportunity to write off the Unified State Exam. She explained that the control and measuring materials (CMM) are printed immediately before the exam at the venues and are reliably protected from leaks. Those who believe the promises of scammers receive old demos that have nothing to do with real exam assignments.
