Two organizers of the quest in Moscow, where five teenagers were injured in 2022, received suspended sentences. This was announced on May 26 by the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (GSU IC RF) in the capital.

It is clarified that the defendants are charged under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement").

"The court's verdict imposed a two—year suspended sentence on them," the department's Telegram channel said.

On September 11, 2022, a small gas cylinder caught fire in a quest room in the southeast of Moscow. At that time, teenagers participated in the game: four boys aged 14-15, as well as two presenters aged 22 and 25, received thermal burns. Two players were hospitalized. The capital's TFR department has opened a criminal case on this fact.
