The Russian Embassy in Sweden announced 11 attacks by UAVs with paint containers in a year.

Since May 2024, the Russian Embassy in Sweden has been attacked 11 times by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that dropped paint containers. This was announced by the diplomatic mission on May 26.

"Since May 2024, 11 attacks on the embassy's territory using UAVs have been recorded, during which paint containers were dropped and material damage was caused," the embassy told RIA Novosti.

It is specified that cars of the Russian diplomatic mission were damaged in several such discharges. The embassy also stressed that the target of the drone attack with paint on April 15 was the area next to the school at the diplomatic mission in Stockholm.

On May 25, the Russian embassy reported that, having flown over the territory of the diplomatic mission, a drone dropped a container of paint on the site in front of the main entrance. It was clarified that the drone operators used a glass container, which, when dropped from a height, can cause serious injury to people.
