Sobyanin announced the destruction of a drone flying to Moscow

The air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation destroyed another drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), flying to Moscow. This was announced on May 26 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"The air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense destroyed one drone flying to Moscow," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that emergency services specialists are working at the crash site.

The new weapons are machine guns or submachine guns mounted on special turrets.

This morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that overnight the air defense forces eliminated 96 Ukrainian UAVs over 12 Russian regions. The largest number of drones were eliminated over the territory of the Bryansk region, air defense systems shot down 31 drones in the region.
