- Career strategies for the development of young leaders discussed at the Innosocium site

On May 23, 2025, the Innosocium Discussion Platform: Success Strategy was held at the Vinzavod Center for Contemporary Art as part of the Innosocium All-Russian Student Competition for Social Projects. The event brought together students and young professionals interested in professional development with representatives of the business and creative communities.
During the discussion, well-known entrepreneurs talked about their own projects and shared tips on implementing ideas, developing sought-after skills, forming a personal brand, and their views on what opportunities are currently opening up for students.
The meeting was moderated by writer Alexander Tsypkin. The discussion was attended by Mark Turovetsky, founder of the PWRBOARD and PilotHUB startups, participant of the Forbes "30 under 30" list, owner of the Whitewill real estate agency, founder of HRScanner service, blogger Oleg Torbosov, founder of the first inclusive perfume brand PURE SENSE and participant of the Forbes "30 under 30" list Ekaterina Zinchenko, co-founder of the Friends Moscow agency and the mads school Maxim Ponomarev, Konstantin Korolev, art Director of the XOVP - eXtraOrdinary Virtual Production studio, and Ivan Gaponov, head of the advertising group at the Insight People agency.
"I think I was one of the most interested listeners. The speakers have a fantastic experience, and, most importantly, they are able to succinctly articulate the reasons why they have achieved success, and, more importantly, openly talk about mistakes. I am sure that those who will soon become a guest star at such events were sitting in the hall. I am very happy for our youth," said writer Alexander Tsypkin.
The second part of the event was held in the format of a public talk with entrepreneur, sales and business scaling expert Mikhail Grebenyuk, where students themselves could ask questions to the speaker. Mikhail told the guys about his career in business, working with a youth audience, his interest in social projects and plans for the future. In their questions, the students were interested in opportunities for implementation, advice on their own development, and some received an expert assessment of the viability and prospects of their ideas.
"Young and promising people have a resource that a seasoned entrepreneur often does not have — time. This is a super valuable currency that can and should be converted into experience, content, media and, finally, money in order to accelerate the path to success and "shoot" faster. In my opinion, the meeting turned out to be informative and useful. And thanks to the format of the public talk, it was possible to receive instant feedback and discuss specific cases of talented participants," Mikhail Grebenyuk said.
"One of the key tasks for students today is to find a balance between studying and implementing their plans. Our students will have a great chance to learn how not to get lost in a sea of new ideas and projects that may seem intimidating. The experience of successful businessmen will help them find their way. I am sure that the communication format, where students can ask questions and receive valuable advice, will inspire them to implement their ideas," said Elena Marinina, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation and Chairman of the Board of the Innosocium Foundation.
The event showed that open dialogue and exchange of experience remain the most effective tools for supporting and developing the younger generation. The organizers of the Innosocium All-Russian Social Project Competition plan to make such meetings regular in the format of a discussion platform with students and continue in the next season of the Innosocium competition, which starts in September 2025.
