Sobyanin noted the development of export activities of the capital's business

The export activities of the capital's small and medium-sized enterprises are actively developing, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
The Moscow Export Center helps the business in this matter. Last year, he "contributed to the conclusion of export contracts totaling over 26 billion rubles," Sobyanin said.
According to him, the capital's companies have successfully entered the markets of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, China and Egypt. They supplied various equipment, software, cosmetics, and food products to these countries.
Sobyanin also said that in 2024, exports of the capital's chemical industry increased by 29%. At the same time, deliveries with the support of the city increased almost 7 times. Key partners include Brazil, India, Belarus, China, and Turkey. Innovative polymers, ecoplastics, medical and environmental reagents are supplied abroad.
The mayor stressed that the city will continue to support export-oriented companies: the chemical industry, IT and technology remain priorities in the economic policy of the capital.
