Russian Prosecutor General Krasnov arrives in Cambodia on a working visit


Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov has arrived in Cambodia on a working visit for the first time in the history of cooperation between the two countries. This was reported on the agency's website on May 26.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation Anatoly Borovik, Prosecutor General of the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Cambodia Chea Leang and the leadership of the Ministry of Justice of the country met the Russian Prosecutor General at the ramp of the plane.
It is noted that a number of documents are expected to be signed during the visit, which will contribute to the development of relations between Russia and Cambodia. The Russian delegation will also hold talks with the heads of the competent authorities and other officials.
According to the ministry, Krasnov began his trip by laying wreaths at the Independence Monument and the monument to His Majesty King Father of Cambodia, Norodom Sihanouk, who achieved the country's independence.
On May 23, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation announced the conclusion of an agreement between the Russian Federation and Myanmar, which was signed by Krasnov and the Minister of Legal Affairs, the Prosecutor General of Myanmar, Tida U.
