The air defense Forces destroyed five unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of the Kaluga Region within three hours. This was announced on May 26 by the governor of the region Vladislav Shapsha.

"The air defense forces destroyed five UAVs in the region from 02:00 to 05:00 on May 26," a message on his Telegram channel said.

He clarified that three drones were destroyed over the territory of the Zhukovsky district, and one drone was eliminated over the Duminichi district and the outskirts of Obninsk. Specialists from operational groups are working at the crash sites. Previously, no casualties or damage were found.
