US President Donald Trump wants to end the Ukrainian conflict, even if Kiev suffers serious losses. This was reported on May 25 by the German newspaper Die Zeit.

"Trump wants a quick peace, even if it means serious losses for Ukraine. He humiliated [the Ukrainian leader] Vladimir Zelensky and repeatedly courted [Russian President] Vladimir Putin," the article says.
