The Hyacinth-B crew destroyed a camouflaged AFU cannon in the Kursk border area


The crew of the 152-millimeter gun 2A36 "Hyacinth-B" Tula paratroopers destroyed a camouflaged gun of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of the Kursk region. This was announced on May 26 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
During aerial reconnaissance in the forest belt, operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were able to detect an enemy cannon that was constantly firing at Russian positions. After establishing the exact coordinates, they were transferred to the gunners, who aimed the gun and hit the enemy with two accurate shots.
"This is a 152 mm cannon towed by 2A36 Hyacinth-B. It operates at a range of up to 28 km, and counter-battery warfare is underway. We are working both on manpower and on enemy equipment," said the commander of the gun with the call sign Komar.
He added that the military personnel are working around the clock, they are being corrected by UAV operators. According to him, this weapon does not fail and is powerful and reliable.
On May 20, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the calculations of the FPV drones of the paratroopers of the Ussuri Airborne Forces destroyed the equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine along the border of the Kursk region.
