The governor of Ruden announced the elimination of eight UAVs over the territory of Tver

The air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry eliminated eight unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the sky over the Tver region. This was announced on May 25 by the governor of the region Igor Rudenya.

"Five UAVs were shot down by the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation over the territory of Tver in the Migalovo area," the press service of the head of the region quoted Rudeni as saying on the Telegram channel.

A few minutes later, the governor announced the elimination of three more drones.

According to him, there were no casualties or damage as a result of the incident. The situation is under the supervision of specialists.

The new radar has compact dimensions and high mobility.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the air defense forces had eliminated 95 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the skies over the regions of Russia in four hours.
