Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident in St. Petersburg.

A motorcycle collided with a foreign car in St. Petersburg, injuring two people. This was reported on May 24 in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city and the Leningrad region.

The ministry clarified that the incident occurred on Ligovsky Prospekt. The driver who was driving the motorcycle lost control and collided with a Kaiyi car that was driving in front.

"As a result of the accident, a motorcyclist was hospitalized in serious condition, and his 30-year—old passenger was in moderate condition," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

Experts have started checking on the accident. Additional circumstances of the incident are being established.
