Russian graduates had their last call

In Russia, all schools held their last calls on May 24. Certificates were also awarded in military educational institutions, cadet corps, Suvorov and Nakhimov schools.

At the same time, in the new Russian regions, the holiday is held in a limited format due to security measures. So, the event is organized indoors, and in some cities — even remotely.

It is noted that this year more than 1.5 million ninth graders and more than 600 thousand 11th graders graduate from schools.

The day before, the analytical center "Check Index" of the company "Platform OFD" calculated for Izvestia that the image of a schoolboy on the last call would cost parents 10-13 thousand rubles. An image for a boy costs an average of 10.3 thousand rubles, and about 13.5 thousand rubles are spent on preparing a girl. At the same time, graduates began to turn more to the services of ateliers and beauty salons.
