A car caught fire in the south of Moscow

In the south of Moscow, a car caught fire in the middle of the road. This was reported on May 24 by a source of Izvestia.

The incident occurred near the exit from the Moscow High-speed Diameter (MSD) on the 32nd km of the MKAD.

"The BMW's engine compartment caught fire and the interior lining caught fire. The car was parked," the source said.

As a result of the incident, no one was injured.

Earlier, on May 20, in the Moscow region, a sports car collided with a road fence, after which the vehicle caught fire. According to the Izvestia source, the driver of the car was presumably the racing driver Vasily Kudenko. Data on the health status of the driver and passenger were not provided.
