There is a "grave silence" in European countries after mass attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on peaceful Russian facilities. This was announced on May 24 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"After massive UAV raids on our country and its capital on the eve of Victory Day in order to intimidate foreign guests, there is grave silence in European centers," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, Russia also hears the same silence from Europe after the Ukrainian militants have released numerous drones in recent days to intimidate the civilian population.

Earlier that day, it became known that the air defense forces destroyed 94 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over six regions of Russia. Thus, two Ukrainian drones were shot down over the territory of the Kursk region, 64 drones over the Belgorod region, two UAVs over the Lipetsk region, one over the Voronezh Region, 24 over the Bryansk region, and one over the territory of the Tula region.
