The expert gave advice on using AI to prepare for an interview.

The first step to a successful interview is careful preparation. An interview is always stressful, but artificial intelligence (AI) can help you feel more prepared and confident, said Tashika Yurchenko, an expert at Executive search and founder of the TashikaGroup HR agency. She told Izvestia on May 26 how to use AI to impress an employer.
According to her, AI will help to collect information about the company, its culture, values, latest news and achievements almost instantly. Artificial intelligence can be used to analyze news articles, press releases, and social media posts. This will help you understand what is important to the company and how the applicant's skills and experience can meet its needs.
"Write a prompt to the GPT chat: imagine that you are a sales specialist (enter your profession/ position), you need to be interviewed by the company (name of the organization). Gather information about the company so that before the interview I: was aware of important news, values, and culture of the company; knew which employees the company relies on; knew about the risks of the industry and the company in particular, and the opportunities for myself by applying to this company," the expert advised.
Yurchenko explained that AI can help identify key skills and competencies that are required for a particular position. To do this, copy the text of the vacancy into a chatbot with generative artificial intelligence, and it will highlight the most important words and phrases. This will allow you to focus on demonstrating these skills during the interview.
In addition, AI can help prepare answers to typical interview questions. To do this, you need to ask the chatbot to generate potential interview questions and offer answers to the company where the interview will take place. At the same time, you need to adapt these answers to your personal style.
"Industrial example: analyze the information about the company (name) and its vacancy (vacancy text). Based on these data, write down for me a list of typical questions that an interviewer can ask me at an interview for a position (job title)," Yurchenko clarified.
However, in her opinion, one of the most effective ways to prepare for an interview is to conduct a rehearsal. AI can become a virtual trainer, helping you practice your question-answering skills and improve your confidence. To do this, you need to ask the chatbot to give recommendations on what the applicant should improve, replace, or correct in the questions and answers that are prepared in order to sound more convincing during the interview with the company.
"Determining the right salary is a critical step, and AI can help you get fair compensation," the expert added.
She recommended using a free chatbot with generative AI to collect salary data for a job seeker's position and experience. You need to specify your skills, education, and location to get a more accurate assessment.
The request to the chatbot can be as follows: analyze my resume (link to resume), the proposed and requested salaries in the industry (industry name) for the position (position name). Draw conclusions and recommend to me what salary range I can expect.
"AI can help you identify trends in the labor market in a particular area and predict future wage growth. This will help you understand how valuable your skills are and how they can be used to earn a higher salary. Industrial example: analyze the trends in the labor market in (the name of the region) and predict the dynamics of wage growth," Yurchenko added.
Earlier, on March 6, it was reported that the majority of creative specialists surveyed actively use neural networks in their work. At the same time, 43% of respondents resort to them on a regular basis, according to the results of a study by the Moscow Creative Industries Agency and MTS AI. Artists, designers, representatives of the advertising and fashion industries most often use AI to generate ideas and new concepts.
