Residents of the Uritsky district of the Orel region were not injured in the helicopter crash on May 23. This was announced by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

"Residents of the Uritsky district were not injured, there was no damage. Currently, there are no threats, the situation is under control," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to Klychkov, the scene has now been cordoned off, and the necessary checks are underway. There is also an operational headquarters for the elimination of consequences on the territory of the district.

In addition, the governor expressed gratitude to the staff of the operational services and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for their well-coordinated work.
