The launched Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle was launched into orbit


The Soyuz-2.1b military satellite, which was launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in the interests of the Russian Defense Ministry, was put into target orbit. This was reported on May 23 in the press service of Roscosmos.
"The device has been launched into the target orbit and taken over by the ground—based assets of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces," the state corporation wrote on its Telegram channel.
It was clarified that after the launch, Soyuz-2.1b is accompanied by means of the ground-based automated control complex of the German Titov Main Test Space Center (GICC). In addition, it was reported that a connection had been established with the launch vehicle.
Earlier in the day, the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle manufactured by the Samara RCC Progress was launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome. It was reported that the launch was carried out with a spacecraft on board.
