Avtotor showed a new version of the Russian-built Amberauto A5 sedan

The Amberauto A5 electric sedan, which is produced at Kaliningrad Avtotor, has been updated and received a new maximum configuration. Details about it appeared on the official website of the brand, the price of the model has not yet been specified.

The Amberauto A5 will be available in a new turquoise shade, and the interior can be made in white and blue. In the new Business version, the 17-inch drives have been replaced with 18-inch ones.

The sedan also has an expanded list of functions. The top-end version features an all-round view system, additional airbags, adaptive cruise control, and a number of other driving assistants. High-comfort seats and atmospheric interior lighting are installed, and the number of audio speakers has been increased from four to six.

The power plant has not changed. The Amberauto A5 has one electric motor in the front (160 hp; 225 Nm) and a battery with a capacity of 63.1 kWh, with a range of 520 km on a single charge according to the Chinese CLTC cycle.

The Amberauto car brand was introduced by Avtotor in February last year. The Amberauto A5 electric sedan is produced as part of technological cooperation with a foreign partner and is renamed the Chinese JMEV Yi.

On April 29, Avtotor announced the launch of a new line of compact electric vehicles under the Eonyx brand. It will include two models. A presentation will be held in the second quarter of this year, at which the recommended prices for both cars will be announced.
