Art school to be built near St. Petersburg for 300 million rubles

A new art school will be built in the village of Sosnovo in the Priozersky district of the Leningrad Region. The construction permit was issued by Gosstroynadzor.
It is planned to put the new building into operation by the middle of 2027, the 78 TV channel reports, citing representatives of the regional administration's construction block.
The new school will replace the old one, where gifted children have been studying since 1979.
285 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of the project. The school is being built according to the program "Cultural development in the Leningrad region".
The modern building will house painting, sculpture, and choreography classes. New directions will appear, such as computer graphics and design.
Earlier it was reported that more than 200 km of regional highways will be repaired in the Leningrad Region this year. Among the key facilities are the 21—kilometer section of the St. Petersburg - Sverdlov Plant – Vsevolozhsk highway, the 12–km section of the Antashi–Ropsha – Krasnoe Selo highway, the road from Myaglovo to Vsevolozhsk and the road from the federal highway Skandinavia to the settlement of Polyany.
