"GTO Sportloto Folk Games" attracted almost 30 thousand participants

Almost 30 thousand people from 88 regions of Russia took part in the second season of the "National Games of the TRP Sportloto", which were held online. Such results were summed up in Sportloto together with the Federation of All-around of the TRP of Russia.

According to the press service of the state lottery distributor Stoloto, the second season gathered 2.5 times more applications than the first "National Games of the TRP", held in 2024.

"This year, the GTO Folk Games were named the GTO Sportloto Folk Games. It is encouraging to see that our cooperation with the TRP All—Around Federation of Russia, which has similar values, has a synergistic effect and serves a common goal — the formation of a physically healthy and strong nation," said Ekaterina Tuton, Deputy CEO of S8 Capital, which includes Stoloto.

By June 12, the judging team will evaluate all submitted applications for participation in the second season of the "National Games of the TRP Sportloto". Following the results, the winners in eight categories will be announced. On June 17, the winners in the nominations "The most athletic region", "The most athletic university", and "The most athletic secondary school" will also be announced. On July 5, as part of the "Moscow Sports Day", the Final of the competition will be held in Luzhniki, where everyone can take part.

The participants of the online competition "National Games of the TRP Sportloto" could be residents of Russia from 6 years old, regardless of the level of athletic training. Additionally, this year the Sportloto brand initiated the creation of a separate category for people with disabilities. To participate, you had to apply online by recording a video with a selected set of exercises.
