The victim of a UAV strike on a car in Shebekino died in hospital.

A woman who was injured on May 19 as a result of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a car in Shebekino, Belgorod region, died in hospital. This was announced on May 23 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"The woman was taken to the Shebekinsky CRH in an extremely serious condition. Despite all the efforts of the doctors, it was not possible to save her," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Gladkov expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Gladkov reported on May 19 that this civilian had suffered a traumatic brain injury and multiple shrapnel wounds to her head, neck, chest, arms and legs as a result of an attack by an APU drone on a car in Shebekino. In addition, another woman who was in the car was killed.
