Nine people injured in the crash of a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on an apartment building in Yelets, Lipetsk region, were hospitalized. This was announced on May 23 by the Russian Ministry of Health.

"All the victims are in a moderate condition and are receiving the necessary medical care in full," RIA Novosti quoted the ministry as saying.

It is specified that the coordination of medical assistance to victims is carried out by the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine (FCMC) of the Ministry.

On the same day, the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, reported that at least 20 apartments in a residential building in the Lipetsk region were damaged as a result of falling UAV debris. According to him, the regional administration will provide all necessary assistance in housing rehabilitation.
