Rosgvardiya discovered a large cache of weapons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces saboteurs in the LPR

Rosgvardiya officers discovered a cache of weapons intended for sabotage groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This was reported on May 23 in the press service of the department.

"Rosgvardiya soldiers often find various kinds of caches of weapons and ammunition, but recently this discovery has been the largest," said Ivan, an officer of the Russian Guard.

It is specified that four machine guns, including two large-caliber machine guns, two submachine guns, a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher, more than 20,000 small arms ammunition, 40 hand grenades and fuses for them, anti-tank shots and rocket-propelled assault multi-purpose grenades were found in the cache.

The Rosgvardiya noted that the timely detection of Ukrainian Armed Forces caches makes it possible to counter enemy sabotage groups and prevent possible terrorist attacks even at the stage of their preparation.

According to experts, in this way the authorities intend to legalize the smuggling flow.

On May 16, Rosgvardiya special forces found a cache of weapons and ammunition in the house of an AFU militant in the Zaporizhia region. The special forces seized a grenade launcher, an AK-74 assault rifle, ammunition related to small arms, and hand grenades.
