Andrei Goncharov, Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Novosibirsk Region, was temporarily dismissed from office in a case of abuse of office. This was reported on May 23 in the press service of the regional prosecutor's office on the Telegram channel.

It is noted that the Central District Court of Novosibirsk granted the petition and dismissed the defendant from office until July 12 of this year.

Later, on May 15, Goncharov was arrested as part of the case under "c" and paragraph "d" of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

According to the investigation, in the period from May 2023 to January 2024, the man reduced the number of goods that were supplied under a state contract, and also illegally made payments to a limited liability company in the amount of about 95 million rubles.
