The Russian Federation has put on the international wanted list and arrested in absentia the commander of the 92nd brigade of the Ukrainian army, Vladimir Box, who is accused of terrorism. This was reported on May 23 by TASS with reference to the materials of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow.
In accordance with the court's decision, the investigation opened a criminal case against the brigade commander under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). First, he was put on the interstate, and then on the international wanted list.
In addition, the accused was given a preventive measure in absentia in the form of detention for a period of two months from the moment of his detention on the territory of the Russian Federation or his extradition to Russia.
On May 19, the Moscow City Court informed Izvestia that the court had sentenced British man Ariel Moshe, who fought on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), to six years in a general regime penal colony for mercenary activities.
