The psychologist gave advice to parents during exams and graduation

During the period of saying goodbye to school, exams and graduation, parents should not increase the already high emotional burden on children, psychologist Natalia Naumova told Izvestia.
During this period, it is more important not to raise a child, but to provide him with support and assistance.
"It is important not to criticize the child, not to shame him by comparing him with others, but to support him," the psychologist emphasized.
She reminded that it is worth taking breaks in preparation for exams, giving the graduate a child to rest.
"A positive attitude also plays a big role. It is necessary to convey to the child that although the school period is ending, there are many interesting things ahead of him. It is also worth recalling that even if something doesn't work out the first time, parents still won't stop loving the child and supporting him," the psychologist noted.
This approach, according to Natalia Naumova, will allow the child not to be afraid that if he fails the exams, difficulties may arise in his relationship with his parents. If the child is going through this period hard, it is important to consult a psychologist, she added.
