The UN called for an end to the conflict in Ukraine after the drone attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The United Nations (UN) once again calls for the end of the Ukrainian conflict due to the attacks of unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the regions of the Russian Federation. This was announced on May 22 by the official representative of the UN Secretary General Stephane Dujarric.

"Our reaction remains the same. Every time potential targets are civilian, we want to see the end of this conflict in accordance with international principles," TASS quoted Dujarric as saying.

On the night of February 26, 128 Ukrainian UAVs were launched across the regions of Russia.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, noted on May 6 that the UN secretariat could hardly be considered as an honest broker in the framework of the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. According to her, the UN representatives did not comment on "any atrocities" on the part of the Kiev regime, even those that have been proven.
