Moscow assessed the readiness of the technopark in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area

The construction of a food technology park in the west of Moscow in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district is planned to be completed by the end of 2025. This was announced on Thursday, May 22, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, construction is underway in the industrial area next to the Ochakovo plant. The four-storey technopark for food production with an area of more than 10 thousand square meters is ready by more than 80%, writes NSN.

Specialists are already completing the roof installation, facade and finishing works are underway.

According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Planning Policy, the new technopark will house production facilities with integrated administrative and household units. A storage room and a parking lot, as well as engineering and technical facilities, will be located on the underground level. Office premises will be located on the mezzanine, the Moscow City News agency reports.,
