The initiative to block destructive content out of court requires additional work on the site of the State Duma (DG). This was reported to Izvestia on May 22 in Roskomnadzor.

"We consider the initiative of deputy (Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications Andrey Svintsov. — Ed.) worthy of attention, however, it requires comprehensive and professional study at the site of the relevant committee of the State Duma," the agency told Izvestia.

According to Valeria Rytvina, founder of the Bloggers' Council, the concept of destructive content is not legally fixed in the legislation. She clarified that in this regard, it is impossible to say unequivocally what exactly applies to him.

"Therefore, I consider the amendments to the law justified. Our proposal is not only to provide a clear concept, but also to establish the possibility of an out—of—court blocking," she said.
