Western countries are encouraging Kiev to continue attacks on Russian territory by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on May 22 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"This is a terrorist regime that is being instigated from the outside by the countries of this aggressive minority," she said in an interview with TASS.

According to her, in this way Western countries are trying to prolong the existence of the logic of "inflicting damage on Russia."..> some kind of strategic defeat."

Looking after small ones: a radar has been developed to detect drones

The new radar has compact dimensions and high mobility.

Earlier that day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that 485 Ukrainian drones had been shot down over Russian territory from 20:00 on May 20 to 8:00 on May 22. It was clarified that 135 UAVs were eliminated over Oryol, 121 drones were destroyed in the skies over Kursk, 63 over Moscow, 59 over Bryansk and 26 over Belgorod regions.

Another 20 drones were destroyed over Tula, 15 drones were shot down in the sky over Ryazan, 13 drones over Kaluga regions. Also, 11 UAVs were eliminated over the territories of the Lipetsk and Voronezh regions, 11 drones were eliminated, and six more drones were shot down over the Vladimir region.
