The "yellow" level of weather danger due to thunderstorms will be in effect in the Moscow region on Friday, May 23. The Hydrometeorological Center of Russia reported this on Thursday, May 22.

"The warning period is from 9:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. on May 23— with thunderstorms in places," the Moscow City News Agency quoted the message as saying.
