Hackathon for analysts, developers and designers to be held in Moscow

The first hackathon of the Sberindex laboratory will be held in the capital on June 7. Analysts, developers, designers, data journalists, and students with experience working with data can take part in it. They can form teams or participate individually, the Sbera press service said.

"Our hackathon is not just a competition, but also a chance to see how data is changing our view of the country. Participants will have access to unique information at the municipal level and turn it into useful services," said Daria Tsyplakova, Managing Director and Head of the Sberindex Laboratory.

They will have statistics on consumer spending in municipalities in recent years at their disposal. Based on the information provided, participants will be offered to create an AI agent for data analysis, interactive visualization of economic indicators, data history, infographics, or
interactive analytical panels by region or municipality.

Experts will help the teams at all stages, and the authors of the best projects will receive cash prizes (the total prize fund is 450 thousand rubles) and the opportunity to finalize their projects with the support of Sberindex.
