The car blogger Haji Hajiyev, who hit people on the road, said that the time spent in the detention center was not easy for him. He told Izvestia about this on May 22.

"It was, of course, hard. I wrote a book about my personal life there," Hajiyev shared, noting that while in custody, he decided to change the format of his content.

He added that a person who violates the law must always be responsible for their actions, and bloggers are no exception.

"If you have violated something, that's it, answer according to the law," Hajiyev concluded.

Autoblogger Gadzhiev was detained on November 26 on suspicion of committing an accident in Odintsovo, Moscow region. It was clarified that his car ran over citizens standing on the side of the road. Two people were injured and taken to the hospital.

A criminal case was initiated under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code ("Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles") and Article 267.1 of the Criminal Code ("Actions threatening the safe operation of vehicles"). The Izvestia source noted that the detained Gadzhiyev turned himself in to the law enforcement officers. The blogger was later placed in jail.

On April 2, the Moscow Regional Court released the blogger under house arrest.
